Old Oak Plantation
A tribute to one of the most notable American Styles – the southern plantation. Located on a 14-acre site that still contains a hunting cabin used by General Ulysses S. Grant, this 7,500-square-foot plantation house sits at the highest point overlooking the valley below. Aside from the historic hunting cabin, a 250-year-old tree was preserved during construction to complement the authenticity of the home’s style. From the thirty inch diameter, two-story columns to the precise symmetry of the doors and windows, this home was meticulously planned and executed over the course of several years.
