Schaub Projects Expands into New Dogtown Office Space

We’ve expanded into a new office space in the Dogtown neighborhood –
6651 Dale Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63139.

This new space allows our team to continue to grow and add new employees. It also provides a spacious environment for our clients to visit.

In 2018, David and Andrew Schaub started the firm as a father and son duo, bringing 25+ years of experience to Schaub Projects. Today, we’ve grown and continue to add more employees to support our high volume of luxury home projects. In 2021, the firm has seen a 20% increase in revenue as compared to 2020.

Just this year, Schaub Projects has been responsible for the design of over $26 million in new construction in the St. Louis area and beyond. We are currently working on custom home projects in St. Louis, Lake of the Ozarks and North Carolina.
