We identify structural needs during Schematic Design, develop framing solutions and resolve conflicts during Design Development, and prepare structural details, drawings, and calculations during the Construction Documents phase. During construction, our team can respond to unforeseen conditions and changes while keeping the design intent in view.

Expansive openings, distinctive rooflines, and renovations of existing structures can present complex engineering questions. Our architects and structural engineers work through them together to find solutions that respect the design and can be built.
