Frontenac : A Home Designed for Everyday Living and Extraordinary Entertaining

This 12,900-square-foot custom residence was designed to balance grandeur with comfort.
Inspired by the timeless charm of the English Cotswolds, the home combines stone, stucco, and timber to create an exterior that feels both elegant and welcoming. Inside, transitional interiors support everything from large-scale entertaining to quiet evenings with family.
One of our favorite details came directly from the homeowners. They wanted to be able to look out from the kitchen sink and see their kids enjoying the pool. It’s a simple request, but one that perfectly illustrates our philosophy: exceptional homes aren’t defined only by their architecture—they’re defined by how they support everyday life.

When the opportunity arose for this same family to purchase the neighboring 2.5-acre property, these homeowners saw more than an empty lot—they saw the chance to create a home that would grow alongside their family for years to come.
Working closely with our team, they envisioned spaces tailored to every stage of life: a welcoming main level for everyday living, private bedroom suites for their now kids, and a lower level dedicated to recreation, complete with a golf simulator, pool table, and seamless access to the outdoors.
Outside, the vision continued with gathering spaces designed for every season, including a swimming pool, hot tub, screened porch, pickleball court, and fire pit. Every element was intentionally planned to encourage connection, relaxation, and making memories together.
