In November 2025, our acquisition of Metheny Architects expanded our modern residential design capabilities and welcomed Jon Metheny as Partner and Director of Design. The launch of our in-house Structural Engineering Department marks another important step in the evolution of Schaub Projects.
Led by Aaron S. Odle, PE, Director of Structural Engineering (link to Aaron’s bio), the department brings structural expertise directly into our design process. Aaron shares our collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and our belief that technical expertise should support great architecture—not unnecessarily limit it.
Having architecture and structural engineering working together in-house provides a unique client advantage, and allows us to identify structural considerations earlier, solve challenges collaboratively, and explore creative possibilities with a clearer understanding of how they can be built. For our clients, that means a more integrated process from concept through construction..
